Good afternoon-

I am looking for a investor to partner up with in New Jersey area.

The investor I'm looking for would be able to invest all cash, I am will to negotiate a 60/40 partners on the first deal, then move to 50/50 thereafter. Please DO NOT REPLY if you are a hard money/private-money brokers and definitely NO middle men I would preferred to work directly with an investor. I am currently looking at properties in the New Jersey area,
