After about a year of preparation we are on the cusp of launching our new debt fund which will work together with our new crowdfunding site.  I was hoping folks on BP may be gracious enough to give us feedback on the enclosed Executive Summary:

Inner 10 Capital Debt Fund Executive Summary

The legal is currently not finalized so we're hoping to iron out any issues prior to this happening.

I think this is a great idea and best of luck with it.

I may not be like typical investors, but for me I would only want to see first lien and a more conservative loan to value ratio of 65% or so.  But I don't know what the appetite of the general public is.

You may want to you look at competitors like Broadmark hard money fund I and II.  That fund has a more conservative profile ( 65% loan to value and first lien only)  and returning  more to the investor ( currently 11%).  On the other hand, maybe those kind of margins are not possible in Texas  and it's not an apples to oranges comparison? (They have a fund in the Northwest and another in the north central area of the country ).

Whichever way you go, I think this is a great idea and something that is needed by investors. And if you do decide to go the more conservative route, please do let me know when this is live.
