This is one of the cheapest houses in the area and it has a basement!! There are different strategies for this property. New construction, rehab or adding another level. My rehab estimate includes finishing the basement. You will not have any problem reselling this house.

ARV: $370,000

Investor's cost: $214,500

Rehab Estimate: $70,000

Estimated Gross Profit: $85,500
