Many people want to learn about real estate, but they don't know where to start. There are many ways to enter the world of real estate investing and joining a flexible brokerage is a great strategy. When I started In real estate, I didn't know what to make of it. The field is so wide-open a newbie could get lost quickly. I finally decided to get a few transactions under my belt and I joined a local brokerage. There I mentored under my broker and eventually mastered a niche market in the real estate leasing industry. This allowed me to build my local network (and Bigger-my-pocket) and eventually start my own brokerage. From my experience, finding a mentor in a niche market within real estate is the best way to go. Once you have made a name for yourself... the sky is the limit!!!
