We  discuss the use of options, the do's and don'ts as well as how to avoid the installment sale trap. You also find out what to ask your accountant about options and imposed tax treatments. 

You'll discover the many myths about options as they are taught in real estate seminars and misinformed operators, especially about "tying up" a property and what is really required. 

This is a beginner course, in simple language to teach the basics of options and to prepare those who would like to advance into option transactions and an advanced tactics course.
