Looking for a CRE Mentor

Hello BP! I have done two SFH buy and hold deals in the Denver area and I am ready to take the next step and start investing in multifamily CRE (not necessarily in Denver). I am looking for a mentor who has had experience/success investing in Multifamily units. I want to be cautious and make a smart investment choice on my next deal that will lead to more deals in the future. Thanks!
