Project Manager - House Flipping

FPM Real Estate Services, a Kansas City based real estate investment company, is currently looking for a Project Manager to oversee the acquisition, renovation, and disposition of single family residences in the KCMO area.

Desirable skills and experience: 4-year college degree, real estate sales, property management, construction management, good with numbers and spreadsheets, willingness to work in some tough neighborhoods, reliable transportation (preferably a truck), independent and self-motivated, drug-free, and no criminal background. A real estate broker's license is a huge plus.

We provide the capital, expertise, and oversight, you provide the initiative, commitment, and drive to succeed in real estate.

Compensation:  $2,500/month draw against your 1/3 share of profits + a free apartment (maximum income only limited by your willingness to work hard).
