Gap Funder NEEDED!

Hello BP community, My name is TJ Ruizo, I am looking for a private lender/ Gap Funder for my most recent property that I have under contract. It was a short sale and the bank has just approved the sale price and I am now in the need to have the funds to close in less than two weeks. I am willing to share 50% of the profit to an investor that can provide the capital to complete the project. I am an experience investor with 8 flipped properties so far for the year.
