I have a few houses that I held as rental properties in St.Louis area and I live out of state and just cannot keep up management and code inspections etc so I would like to turn them over to someone who is local or who has a team that can manage them better. I have not had great luck with professional property managers either. One is rented out still by same tenant for past 3 years and they pay well.
