Hi folks,

I'm actively looking for 1-4 unit deals to flip in San Diego.

Wholesale offers are very welcome, assuming they are actually a good deal.  I'm happy to be added to your buyer lists, if you assign realistic ARVs, rehab costs, etc.  ;-)

I'm a serious cash buyer, with funds for a quick close. 

I'm comfortable determing ARV, which allows me to typically make quick decisions on offers.

You can often meet me at the three local REIAs here in San Diego.
