Post: Spanish-language REI website provider?

I've been looking at a few REI website providers such as InvestorCarrot and Realeflow.

I'm not seeing any yet that support Spanish language pages.  (or any other future languages I'd like to include)

Has anyone found one that does?

Thanks!

Mike

Thank you so much Garrick.  That's kind of you to share.

I agree with you, we need to treat those that make up our extended team with great respect.  :-)

Post: Cash buyer looking for San Diego deals to flip

Hi folks,

I'm actively looking for 1-4 unit deals to flip in San Diego.

Wholesale offers are very welcome, assuming they are actually a good deal.  I'm happy to be added to your buyer lists, if you assign realistic ARVs, rehab costs, etc.  ;-)

I'm a serious cash buyer, with funds for a quick close.

I'm comfortable determing ARV, which allows me to typically make quick decisions on offers.

You can often meet me at the three local REIAs here in San Diego.

Cheers,

Mike Alford

$300 is a pretty good price though, is it includes materials.

You may be better off going with the company you have in mind vs. using the Home Depot kit.

The results were very good for me, and really made the kitchen pop vs. he old "granny"-style oak cabinets that I had before in my duplex kitchens.

I used espresso color paint, and brushed nickel hardware.

Home Depot sells a kit to do that, which I successfully had done by a handyman/painter on a property.

San Diego only.

Open to 2-4 unit in gentrifying community for buy and hold, and any thing else that is a good deal to flip.

My goal for this purchase is to use a conventional loan vs. cash.

Thanks @Aaron McGinnis.  I agree with what you're saying in most cases, especially standard flips, etc.

In this case there's some additional considerations because it's personal...

I'm also trying to figure out visibly respectful ways to handle this, because I'm looking to use these methods for future probate deals, and I want to have tools in my belt that I can use to demonstrate respect for the relatives and their loss.  (That would be part of my value-add to the relatives.)

Thanks @Frank Jiang, I'll check that place out!

BTW, in this case I'm the relative.  ;-)

I started asking more generally to keep the thread less specific to that aspect of this... In part because I'm looking to purchase probates in the future, and am looking for solutions that I can use then too.

Plus I figure this will keep the thread more useful to others.  :)
