Since I was successful in finding the right partner the last time I posted in the Marketplace, I thought I'd try again. 

I recently learned that the owner of a 6+ residential unit building in the Mid City/Mid Wilshire area is getting ready to sell and I'm on a mission to find the right buyer and bring the owners a viable offer.

Owner is not ready to place on the market, so I can't share too many details (I promise, this isn't a phony post).
