Seller accepted $65,000 offer for Huge Mobile Home On Private Lot. See past listing flyer. Unit actually measures 2250 Sq ft.  Two huge bedrooms/2 bath one with sunken tub and shower.  Roof under 5 years old, storm (double-pane with air spaces) through-out main living area.  large formal living area, Breakfast bar, two large attached carports, indoor laundry.  Two homes in area just sold for $120K and $129K after some rehab.  This unit does not need complete rehab, but does need carpet, drapes, paint, sprinkler system repair and other maintenance completed. Has RV access covered and two metal sheds with large back yard  bordering greenbelt. deer, rabbits, eagles, hawks and coyotes have all been seen in this desirable area.  See older listing flyer, this was the value of this unit at the top of the market. Again, after TLC paint and carpets It will appraise for at least $120K.
