My name is John Heuerman and I recently purchased an owner occupied duplex in downtown Auburn Washington. One side is rented out and I'm looking for a roommate to co-occupy my unit.

• Two bed one bath unit
• Market rent it's $850
• Water sewer garbage included
• Available first week of September (after I install new carpet)
• One year lease and background check required

About me:

I am 28 years old. I work as a Goldminer in Southeast Alaska two thirds of the year. My schedule is three weeks on, two weeks off. The house will be yours most the time and more of a home base for me. I am a minimalist, clean, health and environmentally conscious, excellent communicator, self-aware, and generally excited about life. Also I am an entrepreneur, horrible speller, fitness, nutrition, outdoor enthusiast, etc.
