Hey Guys and Gals,

A friend referred me here as a  good place to connect with Real Estate Investors who are interested in partnering on deals. I'm a little more old school when it comes to things like this but I thought I would give it a try.

Seeking an investment partner for a deal in one of most sought after neighborhoods in SW Portland. Lots of opportunity! Centrally located, close to everything. Excellent schools.

Investment: $651,600 (68.6% of ARV) - with an extra $15,000 to pad renovation costs
Conservative ARV: $950,000 ($296.23/sqft)
Estimated Repairs: $85,000 ($26.50/sqft)

Total Net Profit: $260,439.05 (39.6% ROI / 95.6% return annually)
