I'm looking for Houston SFR with the following criteria:

1. Four bedrooms ;
2. Close to the high schools or colleges;
3. The budget is about $250,000;
4. Nice environment with full range of facilities and amenities.

Message with if you can provide Houston properties please.  I'd like to source some recently renovated properties.  Also preferably off market.  I'd like to talk with any Turn-key providers.
