CASH BUYERS NEEEDED!!!!!!!!

We have a few great investor properties and are looking for cash buyers. Anyone have good leads in this area? The properties would be great for rehab or rental. They are on a big lake in Texas. 

Still building our cash buyers list so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Just a word of advice.  While there are many cash buyers on this site especially in the Dallas area and all of Texas, many of us do not want to give out contact information to just anyone looking to form a list.  You will get a much better and more specific response by posting the parameters of your deals
