Need some help..I went PRO last night but I still can't access Foreclosure properties under the Resource Section. Shouldn't I have access to everything if I have PRO.

This is exacty what type of advice we are looking for. I am confident in the way it works, but the buyer lists is the hiccup I face. I see how you are stating I should do it, and I can't appreicate this enough!!

We have a few great investor properties and are looking for cash buyers. Anyone have good leads in this area? The properties would be great for rehab or rental. They are on a big lake in Texas. 

Still building our cash buyers list so any help would be greatly appreciated.
