Here is what we are hiring for:

Assistant Operations Manager - Manage day to day operations of real estate and flipping. You will spend 50% of time in office and 50% in your car driving properties. Duties include: scheduling, ordering materials, manage contractors, budget and estimating. You should be very tech savvy, we use tons of technology!
