We picked up the note on 2939 Grasmere Ave, Columbus, OH 43224 with our private lender, and found PNC bank had taken it to foreclosure before, but did not bid, so it sat a couple years after the death of the owner. Its a sad story and won't go into it here.

Our attorney stepped in as substitute for council, and arranged the foreclosure sale. 3 months later, we bid and get title on July 17th, 2015. Now we want to sell it to a rehabber or fixer/flipper. 

2/1 SFR, 707 sq ft, 4,356 sq ft lot, built in 1947. Fenced lawn, detached garage and the roof on the house is in good shape, garage roof needs help. Partially stripped of sinks & such. Awesome vintage wooden panelling & lawn is being mowed, all property taxes & such paid! Ready to rehab and rent or ???
