I am looking for properties to flip in the South Bay of Los Angeles. I am an all cash buyer, looking for SFR's that don't require additions. I generally focus on 3/2's and will purchase up to $900,000.

Purchase price must be AT LEAST 70% of the ARV. I'll evaluate immediately and can close within 3 days.
