- 5-12% interest rates
- Low and no documentation available
- All income properties are considered
- 24 hour approval
3. Commercial Distressed Property Equity Financing Program:
- $1 million-$50 million
- Available to fund commercial purchases, rehab projects and renovations
- All commercial properties are considered, including gas stations
- Properties that are 30% or more under value are preferred (but not a requirement)
- Rates start at 2.99%
- Vacant properties are ok
