Hi Ray,

Thank you for your message. We do not blast out any information nor shop deals around. We have strong alliances with our investors so we have no need to do so.

Our investors do not need applications, just information on the property. As stated in the post you replied to, there is no lengthy paperwork to complete.

Transactional financing is short term (1-3 days) and there are no interest rates. Approvals aren't based on income nor credit or employment histories. Approvals are based on deals and their profit margins.

I suggest you do research on transactional financing because it will benefit your real estate career immensely.
