Pennsylvania Investor/Partner/Money Lender needed

Hey BiggerPockets! 

I am a new investor looking for any help/guidance I can get at the moment involving financing. 

I am looking for someone who would be interested in being a partner or cash investor for SFHs/MFHs and/or Apartment complexes in the Central, PA area. I tend to like multiple unit investments to limit the risk of not having any cash flow from a property and having a property become a huge liability.
