Collinsville is just north of Owasso and about 20 minutes north of Tulsa.

I own it and am selling it.  Even though I live in Owasso, I work in Tulsa and have my rentals in Tulsa.  While I still have my W2, I want to be closer to my rentals.  

I just bought the property but have yet to go inside of it.  I have only seen pics.  I know Collinsville is a hot area right now due to the shortage of properties in Owasso.
