hello BP family, i just wanted to throw out a possible lead for anyone who may be able to help the guy. I have been on a job site with a guy who wants to move out of his place asap but the home is out in Palmer Alaska, where i do not deal in. I don't have a lot of info on the home and don't want to give out a lot on the internet, but it is a single family around 2600 sf, he is on an owner finance deal, payed around 240,000, still owes around 150,00.
