New offering from Jones Capital Group.

This 3bd 1 ba Approx 1000 sq ft would make a great rental for your portfolio. This is a perfect rental that can command $850-$900 a month. Just needs a fresh coat of paint. Great to hold in a self directed ira.  The property is located in Bartow, FL in Polk county. Its about 45 miles wert of Orlando.  Owner financing might be considered. Asking 60k  This can easily be resold with seller financing at 69k with 30% down from your buyer at 9% interest. Now you become the bank without the headaches of a landlord. Make sure you are aware of Dodd-Frank Law. Remember, it only applies to owner occupants. If you owner finance to owner occupant, make sure they are qualified and keep all of your records. If you have any questions, I'd be happy to answer you.
