How would start investing 130K cash in Tacoma, WA?

Hello Investors,

I live in Tacoma, WA. I have access to $130K liquid cash. I don't have too much experience with real estate investing. At first, I want to make 25K by utilizing this amount in some quick turn deals like flipping, remodeling or whole selling.

My end goal is to have rental properties that I can flip and then refi after season time with out much out of pocket.

How would you start?

you can hook up with a company like Vestus  they will take you through the entire court house steps foreclosure process... although be aware that no all deals they bring will work just because they are foreclsoures you still need to use your own due diligence
