eHomzz is currently in the market for flip and fix deals in southern CA. Prefer Greater San Diego. Can be complete rahabs but the numbers need to work.

Prefer "off market" deals. Deal range of 200K to 500K.

We have a few California flips ready to assign, feel free to take a look. We typically acquire 15-20 properties every few weeks. CMAs and rehab bids available upon request.
