Looking for excellent property management and realtors in Austin & Dallas, TX

Specifically, my husband and I are looking for single family 3-4 bedrooms  w/ 3/2 bathroom or duplex. For Austin, we are currently looking at Hecht Real Estate group. Anyone have experience working with them and have others they suggest?
