Transactional funding in Memphis Tennessee
When I was flipping a lot of houses we would double close without incident. I am not doing that now as we buy rehab and then sell.
I am helping an associate with a double close currently and it appears the rules are stricter these days and it is not considered as kosher anymore.
So is there any interest in transactional funding for flippers in Memphis and if there is what sort of fee structure would work for y'all?
