My wife and I are licensed Realtors in Delaware.  We are also investors.  We currently have three rentals in DE, NY, and IN.  We are working two rehabs in the Philly area.  If anyone is interested in an investment friendly realtor, please PM us.  We also have also have relationships with investors who are selling turnkey rentals primarily in the NY, MI, and IN area if anyone is interested.
