We are looking for a licensed roofer in New Castle County Delaware that will repair a residential flat rubber roof.  Majority of roofers we contacted work with shingles only or will only work with commercial flat roofs.  Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

@Maurice Caulk My wife and I are in the process of getting our real estate licenses in DE.  We plan to hang our hat with a broker in January in the Wilmington/Newark area.  Look us up then if you are still looking for an investor friendly agent.
