I am looking for partners. I am a residential investor and would like to make a commercial acquisition this year (small multi family complex and/or self storage facility). I am looking for either debt or equity partners interested in investing in the Columbus, OH area. I would prefer debt partners but I am open to a variety of partnership scenarios.
