I have came across an apt building in "condemed" condition...It is 2 buildings, one has 12 1 bed/ 1 bath, the other has 5 units that are 2-3 bed.. This is for sale for under $100k, estimated $3k rehab per unit=$50k.....17 unit producing approx $11k monthly for under $150k,,,
