Need a partner to go to Assisted Living course

Hi,

I am looking to head down to Phoenix for a course run by Gene Guarino on turning your rentals into assisted living facilities.  Once you change them over, you can make rents of $6,000/month or more on one single family house.

The course is from Feb 27-Mar 1 in Phoenix and the retail price is $4,995.  Through some discounts I have found I can get the course for $3,295 and bring a friend for free.  If someone would go with me, we could make the course only $1,650.  With the techniques in this course, you could pay back the tuition in a month of renting.

You can read more about this course at this website:

If you are interested, please PM me.

Thanks,

Hal

I'm managing director of a Community Housing Development Organization seeking State Certification, who is planing a 138 unit Supportive Housing Facility.  I would also like feed back from those BPers that took the course.  Better yet, feed back from Thomas Morris since, our plan is the traditional full service housing community.  However, as an I.R.S. designated 501 ( C ) 3, we have one little tweak to the program:  Our facility will be for low to moderate income Seniors.  We have a 1 Acre mixed use commercial and residential site, were four level building we be constructed.  Ground level will be retail to keep units affordable as it will be open to public as well as used by residents.  Second Level Parking and third and fourth living and common areas for residenets
