My clients and I use this here locally in Denver, but it now has the capability to search nationwide. Unlike Z & T, this app has 100% of the MLS listings with ACCURATE data. From what I have read, Z&T are sub 70%.

As you drive around, the app will show what is available near your location. You can save a home, share it via Facebook, Twitter, etc, & see more photos and details. It auto-defaults to Denver, but it will update automatically to your location & MLS.

It's easy to download and easy to use. Here’s how:

1. Go to Google Play or App Store

2. Download the app

3. Enter my VIP code: 5280

4. Set up your own private password to see all of the MLS listings

5. Start Searching!
