How are you guys finding your deals in today's market?

Hello all,

I was just curious to see how are you guys finding your flip deals in today's market. As the lending is getting a bit easier, the competition is increasing and there are usually multiple bids on any half decent MLS deals.

I check inventory with wholesalers in my area, and I am also starting to look into Sherriff Sale, but was curious if there were any other sources that you guys were utilizing that I can also use in my market.

I'm about to make my first offer on a pre foreclosure, you can find them on Zillow.  You can also check how much they owe in your counties registry of deeds online to see if they're even worth contacting.  The house I'm getting ready to try to pick up they only owe $108k but will sell easily at $299-$315k.  Best of luck to you in your search!
