3/1 for 20k Jackson MS tenants rent for 700 monthly

I have a 3/1 in Jackson MS that the tenants have been staying in for 2 years now for 700 a month. They are very neat and tidy and take very good care of the property. I have included pictures as well to give you a visual.  If you are interested please email me or give me a call. Thanks
