Hi Ian,

is your company in the USA?  your profile says Hong Kong?  this program is for only companies that are in the USA.  If you purchase commercial R/E in Hong Kong we have an excellent International lender.

Do you live in HK?  Is your company USA based?  

For our international commercial lending the min loan starts at $50MM.  We also have a bridge partner and those start at $15MM for international deals.
