Looking for a commercial lender in Chicago that can do cash out refi's on 2-4 flats. Anyone have any experience?

@Neil S. and @Gautam S. - What sort of loan amount?  Most of the commercial guys I know won't do anything under 1 million.... but I recently met with a bank who is opening a new lending department that would do loans starting at $150k - but it is not open just yet
