Hello BP family-I'm actively looking for a used single or double wide MH in the Houston and surrounding area with min 3 bed/2 bath under 10k. Some repairs needed okay if it leaves room for profit margin. Any unwanted deals from motivated sellers appreciated! Thanks in advance for any leads, referrals, comments and or recommendations.
