I will guide you through the process, from start to finish.

I ask only that you have enough money, to find and close a deal.

• Postcard Marketing example: 2000 Post Cards (full color) are around .50c each. You need 2 of them. Approximately $1000.00 plus $50.00 set up for each one.
• Purchase Sellers List minimum $75.00 to $140.00
• Just $50.00 per month to use my huge collection of available resources including Web Sites, Cash Buyer Leads in your market, System to find, train and pay Bird Dogs, Offer Blaster, elaborate VOIP Phone System, Incredible new software to extract property specs from Zillow and add to Cash Buyer Data Base, plus advanced Excel Spread sheet with Calculations.
• Earnest Money Deposit for your deal. Up to a 50K house, $500.00 should be ok.
• Legal Fees for Title Company or Attorney. Search, review contracts etc. Title Company approx. $500.00. Attorney a bit more.
• Landing Page, that you can move to your own server after training complete. $50.00 set up.
• Share profit on any deal, I help you with. (Totally Flexible)
  

You can set these things up yourself after you are making money.

Approximately $2200.00 should do it, outside of expensive markets Like CA and NYC.
