Purchased new for $380,000 NADA current value=$274,000

Purchase Price $145,000

This is a "like new" RV. Stored inside and has only 8000 miles. Is being sold due to death of husband. A truly beautiful Coach!

I will use it as my mobile office this year and sell it next spring.

Looking for: $130,000 to complete sale.

Interest: 12% paid at the sale in one year is $15,600.

Payment at Sale: Investor inital $130,000K and the Interest of $15,600 = for a total payment of $145,600.
