This is a "like new" RV. Stored inside and has only 8000 miles. Is being sold due to death of husband. A truly beautiful Coach!

I will use it as my mobile office this year and sell it next spring.

Looking for: $130,000 to complete sale.

Investor Position: First position. Your name will appear on title as "Lien Holder".

Interest: 12% paid at the sale in one year is $15,600.

Payment at Sale: Investor inital $130,000K and the Interest of $15,600 = for a total payment of $145,600.

I have been involved in many mold remediations. I would highly suggest the all mold surfaces like drywall be removed and replaced. Mold needs 3 things to survive ... darkness, moisture and a food source. Leaving any of these things in-tact is a sure way to invite the problem back. A complete inspection for moisture content must be done on every surface and items with over a 6% moisture content must be dried out or removed. Studs can be sprayed, to encapsulate.
