Absolute slam dunk if you will..

This 2,074 sq ft beauty was picked up from HUD by an investor (myself) who can't fix it up(for whatever reasons). Only needs cosmetics, literally. Will easily rent for $900. Can easily sell for $90,000 once updated. Its a 3/2 sfh and I'm only asking for $50,000 for it. Its located at 1131 New York Avenue Knoxville, Tn. This home is just one trip to Home Depot away from being market/rent ready. Heck, you could even go to Wal Mart, save a few bucks and still make a killing!
