Hi all,

My name is Shawn, and I am a Residential Designer with about 25 years experience.

I am looking to pivot more into Real Estate Investing.

I am looking for an Investor in the North Dallas Area who I can work with and learn from and in return, possibly add some value to their Projects with my particular skill set. 

I've been going at it alone, learning all I can, but am a bit stuck in analysis paralysis.

I understand Site Planning, Zoning, Design, Space Planning, Structural, Construction Workflows and can Manage Development from start to finish including Working with Consultants and any Governing Agencies as needed.
My Design eye can spot untapped potential and ways to boost ARV with ROI-driven Design.
I specialize in SFR Design and understand Construction, but seek more Experience in Real Estate Acquisitions, Funding, Budgeting, Scheduling, Marketing and Dispositions. 

@Shawn Questa Lead with that!!! Wow! I don't know any Dallas based investors, but I do know a great accountant, @Joshua Thompson, that works with a lot of REIs there. Perhaps he could interview you so you can share your value! Good luck.
