Renting to Co-Living/Group Home/Sober Living/Treatment Facilities

Hi all!

I work with developers in Los Angeles who build 4-25 unit townhouse complexes with 10-100 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. I want to rent or sell these to companies who offer co-living, sober living, group home types of services. Does anyone have any recommendations?

We have spacious, modern, new construction assets in prime locations all over LA. 

I have connected with Oxford Homes, and am looking for other companies or individuals to connect with.
