According to Cleveland Mayor Justin Bibb, stealing money from other people is ok, so long as the person you are stealing money from is an out of state landlord. Cleveland Mayor Justin Bibb and his radical left wing city counsel have passed a new law in Cleveland, Ohio that makes it illegal for out of state landlords to evict their tenant's when they aren't paying their rent. That's right folks, if you are an out of state landlord who has a tenant stealing money from you, it is now illegal for you to evict that tenant unless you move to Cleveland, or hire a local agent in charge. According to the new law, this local agent in charge is someone who becomes legally responsible for your property. Luckily for you, HoltonWiseTV has got you covered.
