If you're going to invest in low income cash flow properties, you're going to deal with bad tenants. That's just part of the game ya'll. I've made millions of dollars in the low income Section 8 space. From Detroit, to Cleveland, to Baltimore, to Memphis....It's all the same story. It all looks like what you see in the video below.

If you're good with dealing with what you've seen in the video above, Section 8 cash flow investing can be for you. As I said, I've made millions in the space, but it's not easy money by any means. 

For those of you who are thinking that's just too much B/S to deal with....I understand and I've got options for you too. Take a look at this high end new construction property in the Atlanta, Georgia suburbs. The ownership experience with one of these new construction deals being offered by my friends at Rent To Retirement is wildly different than the ownership experience of investors doing business in the Section 8 neighborhoods. Both make money, but are totally different businesses.....Every pot's got it's lid.
